An air-fryer baked potato can be the staple lunch or dinner for any day of the week. Quick, easy and totally customizable, there is no reason not to love them.
Preheat air fryer to 400°. Scrub potatoes; pierce each several times with a fork. In a small bowl, mix butter, garlic, salt and pepper. Rub potatoes with butter mixture. Wrap each tightly in a piece of foil.
Place potatoes in a single layer on tray in air-fryer basket. Cook until fork tender, 35-45 minutes, rotating halfway through.
