Anniversary chicken feels fancy, but has only seven ingredients (most of which are likely already in your pantry) and takes just minutes to assemble.
Ingredients
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves (6 ounces each)
1 tablespoon canola oil
4 teaspoons teriyaki sauce
1/2 cup ranch salad dressing
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup bacon bits
2 green onions, sliced
Directions
Preheat oven to 375°. Place flour in a shallow bowl. Dip chicken in flour to coat both sides; shake off excess. In a large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Brown chicken on both sides; transfer to a greased 13x9-in. baking dish.
Brush teriyaki sauce over chicken. Top with ranch dressing, cheese, bacon bits and green onions. Bake, uncovered, until a thermometer reads 165°, 15-17 minutes.
