Ingredients
6 bone-in chicken thighs (about 2-1/4 pounds)
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 teaspoons garlic powder
2 teaspoons minced fresh thyme or 3/4 teaspoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon sea salt
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon pepper
Directions
Preheat oven to 425º. Pat chicken dry with paper towels. Place chicken in 15x10x1-in. baking pan; drizzle with oil. Combine remaining ingredients; rub over chicken.
Bake, uncovered, until a thermometer reads 170°-175°, 25-30 minutes. Sprinkle with additional fresh thyme, if desired.
