Crispy, sweet and salty fries are my ultimate comfort food. This sweet potato fries recipe is Paleo, Gluten Free, minimum oil required, and extra crispy.
Ingredients
2 medium sized sweet potatoes
2 tablespoons avocado oil
1 tablespoon pumpkin spice
Directions
Boil sweet potato for 5 minutes (this make the sweet potatoes easier to cut, and also make them extra crispy)
Cut sweet potato into wedges, nuggets or string fries
In a mixing bowl, mix sweet potatoes, avocado oil and spices together
If using oven-baked method, line the fries on a sheet pan, bake in the oven 400 F – 425 F for 30 minutes
If using Air Fryer, put the sweet potatoes in frying basket, cook 380 F – 400 F for 15 minutes
