Ingredients
4 english muffins, split and toasted
1/2 cup pizza sauce
16 slices pepperoni
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 teaspoon dried oregano, optional
Directions
Preheat oven to 375°. Place split English muffins on a foil-lined baking sheet. Spread with pizza sauce. Top with pepperoni slices and shredded mozzarella cheese. Sprinkle with oregano, if desired. Bake 9-12 minutes or until edges of English muffins are toasted and cheese is melted and bubbly.
