Ingredients
1/2 cup whole lemon vinaigrette, plus more for serving
4 cups torn curly kale
2 cups shaved brussels sprouts
2 honeycrisp apples, cut into matchsticks
1/2 cup toasted pecans, roughly chopped
kosher salt and black pepper, to taste
Directions
Toss Whole Lemon Vinaigrette with kale and brussels sprouts; massage vinaigrette into kale mixture to tenderize greens. Add apples and toasted pecans; toss to combine. Season to taste with kosher salt and black pepper. Serve with additional vinaigrette on the side.
