Ingredients
1 tablespoon butter
1 pound ground beef
1/2 medium onion, chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 tablespoons tomato paste
2 teaspoons dried parsley flakes
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/4 cup reduced-sodium beef broth
2 tablespoons heavy whipping cream
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
2 tablespoons dill pickle relish
2 tablespoons reduced-sugar ketchup
2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup crumbled cooked bacon
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°. In a Dutch oven over medium heat, melt butter. Add ground beef and onion; cook until beef is browned and onion is tender, 5-6 minutes. Add garlic, tomato paste, parsley, oregano, salt and pepper; cook one minute longer. Stir in broth, cream, mayonnaise, relish, ketchup and Worcestershire until combined. Stir in bacon and 1 cup shredded cheese. Top with remaining 1 cup shredded cheese.
Bake 10-15 minutes or until cooked through. Serve.
