It's a hearty veggie side dish great for any summer BBQ but good enough for a main course why not. Loaded with Bacon,cheese, and a homemade dressing.
Ingredients
2 bags of frozen peas
1 8oz bag of monterey jack shredded cheese
1 pack apple wood bacon ( cook in air fryer to save time) pull apart in big chunks
1 cup mayo
1 cup sour cream
1 tablespoon onion powder
1 tablespoon garlic powder
dash salt
1 tablespoon black pepper
1/2 cup diced onion
4 boiled eggs diced
1 cup milk
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 tablespoon tony's creole seasoning
Directions
Mix frozen peas,cheese, and bacon, diced boiled eggs...in bowl ( Save a handful of cheese and bacon to add on top)
Add all other ingredients (1 cup milk, 1 cup sour cream, 1 cup mayo, 1 tablespoon onion powder, 1 tablespoon Garlic powder, salt, pepper,one tablespoon creole seasoning, 1 tsp chili powder) whisk and pour over pea,bacon,eggs, and cheese.
Put in bowl you will serve in.Top with a lil more cheese and bacon to look nice before you serve.
Chill overnight and serve cold with any dish. Great for BBQ!
