1/2 teaspoon hot pepper sauce 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Directions
In a skillet, cook beef, green pepper and onion over medium heat until meat is no longer pink and the vegetables are tender; drain. Add the next eight ingredients; mix well. Transfer to a greased 2-qt. baking dish. Cover and bake at 350 degrees F for 35 minutes.
Uncover and sprinkle with cheese. Bake 10 minutes longer or until the cheese is melted.
