Walnut Crusted Ginger Salmon
For those who aren’t wild about fish, this gingery salmon is a game-changer. Baking on foil makes for extra-easy cleanup.
Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon reduced-sodium soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 4 salmon fillets (6 ounces each)
- 1/3 cup chopped walnuts
Directions
- Preheat oven to 425°. In a small bowl, mix brown sugar, soy sauce, mustard, ginger and salt until blended. Brush over fillets; sprinkle with walnuts.
- Transfer to a foil-lined 15x10x1-in. baking pan coated with cooking spray. Bake 12-15 minutes or until fish just begins to flake easily with a fork.
